Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original Ra Optics packaging.
Package Securely
Place your eyewear, protective case, and microfiber cloth inside the box to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
